Elise Capital Quarterly Journal: Q1 2023

Portfolio Performance

With our second acquisition occurring in Q4 2022, we began Q1 with a growth in valuation of Assets Under Management (AUM). Our strategic acquisition process continues to lead us to positive investment opportunities. Integrating our innovative asset management strategies of uncovering value add in both revenues and operational expenses has driven stronger cashflows to our partners upon asset stabilization resulting in an average equity yield of 11.5%.

Industry Engagement

On a mission to redefine hotel ownership, this past quarter involved many speaking engagements and industry events lending a voice to how we evolve our industry.

On January 10th, Elise Capital was welcomed to Aimbridge Hospitality Group's headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Meetings consisted of introductions to leads of Revenue Management, Operations, Feasibility and Business Development to better understand deal goals, asset management procedures and relationship development as we continue to expand partnerships with industry leaders.

On January 19th, Elise Capital partnered with PNC bank for a fireside chat in their Hotel Wealth Seminar.

Discussions revolved around the several pathways to hotel ownership from the views of both General Partner and Limited Partners.

Last month the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference took place in Atlanta, GA. Founder, Kendra Plummer (right) participated as a panelist on the topic of principles of hotel investments. The Hunter Conference is one of four major hotel investment conferences domestically.
